Harold Mullins Age 69 of Cumberland Gap, TN was born to the late Cecil & Sarah Vanderpoo Mullins on October 17, 1947 and passed away December 8, 2016.
He is survived by his wife Rosa Wheatley of Cumberland Gap & a host of friends.
