Harold Glenn Dye, 61 of Hulen, passed away on Monday, March 21, 2022, at his home surrounded by family. He was born in Pineville on September 2, 1960, a son of the late Harold and Edith Faye Lawson Dye. Glenn attended Blackmont Baptist Church and Black Star Pentecostal Church and had been a coal miner. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a special uncle, Kenneth Lawson; special niece, Adrienna Dye; and special nephew, Harold Mitchell Miracle. Glenn is survived by his sons, Adam Glenn Dye and Bradley Lige Dye and his wife, Nancy; daughter, Amanda Henderson; grandchild, Greyson Dye; expected grandchild, Rylea Dye; sisters, Margie Miracle and her husband, Larry, and Sandra Webb and her husband, Al; brothers, Billy Bruce Dye and his wife, Lisa, and Kenneth Mark Dye and Angie Smith; like a brother, Todd Brock; special friends, Charlie Howard, Larry and Delilah Jean Allen, Johnny Slusher, Janet Henderson-Wilson (mother of his three children), and Donna Hardin-Simpson (his second mommy); and a big host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM on Thursday, March 24, 2022, at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with Rev. David Howard and Mr. Johnny Slusher presiding. Burial will follow at the Tackett Hill Cemetery in Hulen with family and friends serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 12:00 PM until the funeral hour at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Pineville, which is honored to serve the Dye Family.
