Hailey Collett Brock

Hailey Collett Brock, 85 of East Pineville, passed away on Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at the Pineville Community Hospital. She was born in Red Bird, KY on June 26, 1924 a daughter of the late Silas and Catherine Asher Collett. Hailey was a member of the Ferndale Baptist Church and had been a homemaker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Sillis ?Babe? Brock; children, Sillis Brock, Jr. and Harold Brock; grandchildren, Jim Anthony Brock, Paul Jeffrey Fuson and Curtis ?Squirt? Brock; brothers and sisters, Joe, Edna, Silas Jr., and Pearl. Survivors include her children, Wanda and Eddie Paul Fuson of Clear Creek, Helen and Gene Roper of Pineville, Jimmy Brock of Middlesboro, Orville and Jewel Brock of Straight Creek, Gary and Kathy Brock of Cincinnati, OH, Jackie Brock, Bonnie and Donnie Napier, Jewel and Estill Miller, Vernon Brock, Donnie and Bonnie Brock and Ricky and Iva Brock all of East Pineville, Norma Gray of Colmar and Marilyn and Jerry Allen of Upper Bird Branch; 31 grandchildren, a host of great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Brenda Brock of East Pineville; brothers, John and Barbara Collett of Claiborne County, TN, Boyd Collett of Campbellsville, KY and Charles Rhymer of Claiborne County, TN; and a host of other relatives and many friends.
