Gregory Neil Rader, 53, of McDonough, GA, passed away peacefully in his sleep at his home, June 15, 2017. Greg was born in Lexington, KY, June 19, 1963 to Emanuel H. Rader and Sammie Cornett Rader. Greg was a proud graduate of Lone Jack High School (Mustangs) and attended Morehead State University. He worked in the construction supply business for nearly 30 years. He was a devoted father, husband, son and brother that loved family, spending time with cherished friends, the University of KY Wildcats and listening to music. Greg was preceded in death by a considered brother, John T. Davenport, Jr. He is survived by his wife, Tammy Renee Brooks Rader and son, Dylan Darth Rader of McDonough, GA and daughter, Lindsey Neil Rader of Wilmington,, NC. Also left to cherish his memory, Parents, Sammie Rae Rader, Flat Lick, KY; Emanuel H. (Sherwin) Rader, MD, Pineville, KY; mother-in-law, Mary Ruth Daniels Brooks; brothers, Stephen Wade Rader, Lexington, KY; Edward T. 'Tim' (Denise) Rader, Pineville; sisters, Teresa (Mark) Hunter, Pineville, Celena (Scott) Tulloss, Knoxville, TN and Tasia (Joey) Wilson, Lexington, KY; nieces and nephews, Samuel Clay Rader, Caleb Grant Hunter, Tanzi Rhayne Rader, Amanda Jo Hunter, Matthew and Carrigan Tulloss and Keen Emanuel Wilson, as well as a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends. Following Greg's wishes, he was cremated and a service to honor his memory will at 4:00 PM Saturday, June 24, 2017 at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Brooks and Rev. Mark Hunter. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 2 - 4 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, which is honored to serve the Rader Family. Gathering of Friends
