Goldie Mcnamara

Goldie Carver McNamara, 68 of Pineville passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at the Barbourville Nursing Home. She was born in Pineville on May 9, 1940 a daughter of the late Virgil and Mary Wolfenbarger Washam. She had been a nurse at the Pineville Hospital for over 21 years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Henry Ford McNamara; a son, David Carver; grand-daughter, Jennifer Gibson; and a brother, Billy Washam. Survivors include her children, Linda Smith and husband, Johnny, Donald Carver and wife, Maranda and Peggy Haynes and husband, Frankie; grandchildren, Janie and James Smith, Lisa, Amanda, Devin Tyler and Ashley Carver; great-grandchildren, Samantha Smith, Melissa Smith, Kendra Riggs, Raven Riggs, Jaylon Riggs, Camden Carver, Cheyla Lowe; brothers and sisters, Fred and Mary Carver, Connie and Thurman Smith, Carolyn Washam and Clayton Washam; and a host of other relatives and friends.
