Glenn David ”Buster” Carnes, 71, of Middlesboro, passed away on Monday, September 23, 2024, at Middlesboro ARH. He was born in Jenson on June 18, 1953, a son of the late Costello and Roselie Collett Carnes. Buster believed in the Baptist Faith. He had been a coal miner for many years.
Buster is proceeded in death by maternal grandparents, Billy Collett, and Margaret Hony Collett, his late wife Marie Lewis Carnes, son Bryan Carnes, grandson Cody Carnes. Father Costello Carnes, Mother Rosalie Collett, three Brothers, Arley, Marion Ray (Gus), and Steve, 2 Sisters Mary Lou Lawson, Cheryl Lynn Brock and a Uncle that was like a brother to him Richard (Donnie) and his wife, Kay Collett and a half sister, Barbara Plummer.
He is survived by his wife, Johnny Lou, son, Thomas, granddaughters Brittany, Alex Sizemore, grandson, Willis Austin (Lizabeth): two great grandsons, Colton, Bryan, and a great granddaughter Aubrey Kate; brother in-laws Gary Brock and Doug Lawson; Uncle, William (Billy) Collett Aunt Imojean Collett Valentine; special cousin, Vicki Sue and a half sister, Christine Fisher.
