Gladys Philpot Mason

Gladys Mason, 90, of Pineville, passed away on Thursday, December 9, 2010 at St. Joseph Hospital, London. She was born in Knox County, KY on July 10, 1920 a daughter of the late Charlie and Molly Hembree Philpot. She was a believer in the Baptist faith and had been a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Mason; children, Edward Oliver Mason, Carolyn Sue Goodin, Charles Gillis Mason and Daryl Bruce Mason and sister, Serilla Carroll. Survivors include her children and their spouses, Phillip and Joan Mason, Joyce Faye and Lonnie Wilson, Kenneth and Stephanie Mason; twenty-two-grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; sister, Blanche Haws and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
