Gertie M. Greene

Gertie Marie Greene, Age 92 of Rutledge, Tn. (formerly of Speedwell, Tn.) passed away at Beverley Park Place on Sunday October 6, 2013.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 45 years Hubert Greene,

Parents: Henry and Osa Glass Trent from Sneedville, Tn. Brother: Ronald Trent, sister: Lucille Rhea.

She is survived by her daughters: Dale Ellison and husband Joe, Gwen Madon and husband David. Grandsons: Greg Hodges, Mike Madon, Greg Madon, Richard Madon, and Kenneth Madon Nine Great Grandchildren.

Numerous Nieces, nephews and special friends.

The Pallbearers are grandsons, S.L. Johnson, and Toby Polk.

Honorary Pallbearers are Great Grandson: Austin Hodges and Great Nephew Cameron Polk.

Rev. Ellis Hoskins and Rev. Ted Phillips will officiate.

Visitation will be Tuesday Oct 8, 2013 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm at the Reece Funeral Home and Valley Chapel. Eastern Star will provide their services at 7:30pm.

Funeral Services will be held on October 9, 2013 at Haynes Flat Baptist Church at 11:00am.

Burial will follow in the Harrogate Cemetery, in Harrogate,Tn.
