Geraldine Daniel Mason

Geraldine Daniel Mason, 77, of Clear Creek, was called home by her Lord and Savior on Monday, May 25, 2015. She was born on May 20, 1938, in Bell County the daughter of the late Willie Lee and Icy Mae Partin Daniel. Geraldine loved attending Salem #2 and Faith Missionary Baptist Church. She also attended Frakes Senior Citizens Centers and she enjoyed coloring. Geraldine loved her family most of all. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Willie Lee, Hershel, John, James and Charles; sisters, Sarah Jane Gibson and Beatrice Daniels. Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Rev. Harim Mason of Clear Creek, four children, Bruce (Katie) mason of Pineville, Allen (Tracy) Mason of Pineville, Jerlis (Alan) Tipton of Davisburg and Debbie Robbins of Georgetown; thirteen grandchildren, Brittany, Lacey, Christian, Courtney, Chelsea, Hunter, Madison, Caleb, Willie, Jase, Morgan, Chase and Taylor; six great-grandchildren, Kadence, Blake, Caleb, Emmett, Landen and John; one brother, Jerry (Gayle) Daniel of Lafayette, IN; five sisters, Hazel (Farres) Roark, Bertha Bui, Francis Chandler, Beulah Lampkin and Patti Davis and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Special thanks to the Tri-State Nursing Home and Amedisys Hospice. Services will be on Thursday at 1:00 PM at the Faith Missionary Baptist Church, Fourmile, with Rev. Alva 'Alvie' Daniel and Rev. Kelly Partin, Jr. Music will be by Lacey Mason, Dean Saunders, Debbie Daniel, Michael Daniel and Leonard Bays. The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 PM Wednesday at the Faith Missionary Baptist Church.
