Gerald Dwayne "Fish" Fisher

Mr. Gerald Dwayne “Fish” Fisher, age 67, of Tazewell, TN was born May 6, 1956 and passed away April 29, 2024. Fish was a great husband, father and grandfather as well as a well known hero to the citizens of Claiborne County where he worked for the Tazewell Police Department and the Claiborne County Sheriff’s Department for many years. When he wasn’t serving his community he enjoyed coaching football and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his parents; H.C. and Hazel Jean Fisher, wife; Teresa Fisher, grandson; Preston Fisher.

He is survived by his children, Chris Fisher, Steven (Tasha) Fisher, Amanda (Joseph) Jones and Julie Fisher; grandchildren, Hailey, David, Paige, Austin, Alyssa, Nathan, Callie and Kalei. He is also survived by a host of other loving relatives and friends.

Memorial services for Mr. Fisher will be conducted at a later date.
