Georgetta Burchfield

Georgetta Burchfield, age 78, of Cumberland Gap, TN was born November 11, 1944 and passed away Wednesday, September 13, 2023. She was saved at an early age and was a very loving Christian lady. Georgetta loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Virgil and Sherlda Clem, daughters; Della Bussell and Donna Turner, grandchildren; Brianna and Heath, brothers; James Preston Clem and David Clem, sisters; Elsie Nolan and Alberta Nolan.

She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years; James Burchfield, children; Thomas Burchfield and Jolene Burchfield, grandchildren; Christopher Reams, Kendra Nunn, Joseph Turner, Kevin Klemenz, Kayla Hampton, Kelsie Jolly and Jacob Hampton, great grandchildren; Nathan, Gracie and Rosie.

She is also survived by a host of other loving relatives and friends.

Family and friends will receive friends 2PM Saturday, September 16, 2023 at the Arnett & Steele Valley Chapel with a cremation to follow.
