Geneva Beeler

Ms. Geneva “Jenny” Beeler, age 95 of Harrogate, TN was born June 20, 1929 in Arjay, KY and passed away December 28, 2024 at her home surrounded by loving family. Jenny professed her faith in the Lord at an early age and was a member of the Lighthouse Sanctuary before her health declined. She was loved by everyone that knew her and if you were lucky enough to be welcomed into her home then you were treated as family. In her 95 years she enjoyed many pastimes including traveling, working in her gardens and flower beds and quilting, but one of her favorite pastimes of all was spending time with (and trying to keep in line) her great grandson, Jake Taylor. Jenny was known for her kind heart and honest, straightforward views. She was blessed with a large family and many years to love them all.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Robert and Hester Sanders, children; Carol Hoskins, Eddie Hoskins, Dillard Hoskins, Harold Hoskins, Steve Hoskins, Wanda (Johnny) Merida, grandchildren; April Hoskins, Shaun Hoskins, Steven Hendrickson, Brian Teser, Dwight Elliott, Amber Bailey, siblings; Louise Baker, Mildred Harris, Jack Sanders, Larry Sanders, Dwight (Sug) Sanders.

She is survived by her children; Constance Teser, Joyce Hendrickson, Jenny Lynn Roark, special granddaughter and caregiver; Bobbie Taylor, grandchildren; Tammy (Jim) Kauppila, Penny (Kenneth) Frye, Shannon Akers, Steve (Ashley) Hoskins, Julie (Westley) Rodgers, Blake (Ashley) Elliott, Lisa Davenport, Kendall (Misty) Hoskins, Amanda (Jordan) Lawson, Samson (DeAnna) Bailey, Crystal (Jody) Brooks, 32 great grandchildren, 28 great-great grandchildren, siblings; Ott (Judy) Sanders, Doris (Charles) Miller, Lois (Bob) Cloutier, Pat Leggett, Fern Larmore, Brenda Ogan. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and a host of other loving relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends Monday, December 30, 2024 from 5PM until 7PM with funeral services to follow at 7PM in the Arnett & Steele Valley Chapel with Rev. Gary Wagner and Rev. Jeremy Sanders officiating. Music and obituary reading will be provided by Terry Nelson, David and Elizabeth Partin.

Graveside services will be conducted 12:00 PM Tuesday, December 31, 2024 in the Harrogate Cemetery.
