Children: Carrie Beth Evans of Harrogate, Britney Wyrick of Tazewell and Dillon Jeremiah Evans of Middlesboro.

Brothers: Rickey Lynn Evans (& Amanda) of Tazewell and Kenneth Evans Jr. of Harrogate.

Sisters: Melisa Faye McFall (& Michael Allen) of Middlesboro and Angela Kay (& Tony) Eads of Tazewell.

Funeral Service will be 12 pm Thursday at Riverview Baptist Church with Rev. Greg Sharp and Rev. James Shoffner officiating. Music by Billy England, Mary Ellen, Richard & Brenda Collins, Christine Stapleton and Mary Lazzaro. Burial in Mountain View Cemetery. Pallbearers: Tony Eads Jr., Billy Eads, James Eads, Kenneth Evans III, Jamie Hamlin, Shane Middleton. Honorary pallbearers: Kevin, Corey and Dennis Evans & Michael McFall.
