Survivors, son, Scott 'Little Butcher' (& Wanda Herbert) Butcher; mother, Pauline Butcher, all of Tazewell; grandchildren, Abby, Tyler and Austin; brother, Tony Butcher, Tazewell; sisters, Altheia (& James) Rouse, Tazewell, and Ruby Galyon, New Tazewell.; special friend, Teresa Hazelett.

Funeral services 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Reece Valley Chapel with Rev. Gary Fletcher and Chris Brooks officiating. Music by Jennifer Golden. Burial in Carmony Cemetery, Atlanthus Hill Rd, Tazewell, TN. Pallbearers, Mike 'Pinkie' Shoffner, John Boy ford, Lenny 'Squeek' Brown, Ted Carmony, Anthony Adams, Scott Herbert. Honorary pallbearers, Rick Welch and Darrell 'Brody' Walker.
