Gail Anne Hunter

Gail Anne Kubik- Hunter, age 80, of Speedwell, Tennessee, passed away Thursday, December 4, 2025, in the comfort of her home and surrounded by loved ones.

Born in East Cleveland, Ohio, on July 15, 1945, to the late Robert Kubik and Genevieve Szczechowicz Kubik, Gail devoted her life to being a loving wife, step mother and friend. She was of the Catholic faith and retired as a school teacher for the public school system. Gail will surely be missed.

Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Clifford Hunter and step son, Thomas Hunter.

Survivors include special brother-in-law, Eugene Massengill; special sister-in-law, Jennifer Massengill; and a host of nieces and nephews.

The family would like to express their gratitude to Amedysis Hospice and special caregivers, Nicole Hunter and children; Robin and Alva Dean Wilder; and Matthew Massengill.

Private Cremation Services were cared for at Arnett & Steele Cremation Center.
