Frank Welch

Frank Welch, 62 of Tazewell, passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2018 at the Claiborne Medical Center, Tazewell.  He was born in Dayton, OH on August 12, 1955 a son of the late Franklin William and Noldred Wright Welch.  He had been a welder for Dalton Power and Light.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Graham Welch.

Survivors include his significant other, Kathy Jefferson; best friend, William Cope; daughter, Kimberly Welch Day; sister, Iris Desimore; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
