Frances Elizabeth “Sissy” West, age 63 of Cumberland Gap, TN passed away Sunday, July 19, 2020 at her home.
Family and friends will meet at 5:45PM Thursday, July 23, 2020 at the Hurst Cemetery in Middlesboro, KY for 6:00 PM graveside services with the Rev. David Fuson officiating.
Under the Kentucky COVID-19 guidelines a face mask or facial covering is required.
