Frances A. Miracle

Frances A. Miracle, 83, of Oliver Springs, TN passed away on Thursday, April 6, 2017 at Diversicare of Oak Ridge. She was born in Bell County, KY on January 2, 1934, a daughter of the late Garrett and Catherine Green Miracle. She had been a Secretary for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Laura Davenport, Ethel White, Ninnie Howard, Jossie Helton; brothers, Gilbert Miracle, and Garrett Junior Miracle. Survivors include her sister, Loretta Miracle (Lawrence) Losh; and a host of nieces and nephews other relatives and friends. Services will be Monday at 11:00 AM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Taylor. Burial will be at the Balkan Cemetery in Balkan, KY with family and friends serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 6 until 8:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Pineville, which is honored to be serving the Miracle family.
