Frances Mae Dozier

Frances Mae Dozier, 75 of Pineville, passed away on Monday, May 1, 2017 at her home. She retired from Pineville Community Hospital. Frances enjoyed quilting, working with her flowers and fishing. She was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Pauline Garland Inman; sisters, Patsy Mabe; brother, Bill Inman; husband of 48 years, Donald R. Dozier; sons, Michael R. Dozier and Donald 'Tee' Dozier; brother-in-law, Max Garnett. She is survived by her children, Rodney (Rene') Dozier of Cincinnati, OH; Russell (Karen) Dozier of Salisbury, MD; Perna (James) Warren of Pineville, KY; ten grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Emma 'Tootie' Garnett, Gwendolyn 'Gwen' (Jim) Baker; Janice 'Arlene' Inman; special aunt, Stella Garland and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be at 12 Noon Wednesday at the Pinelawn Memorial Gardens, Pineville, with Rev. Thomas Heck. Pallbearers will be her grandsons. Honorary pallbearers will be James Warren and Cody Mills. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 6 until 9 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Dozier Family.
