Forster Grubb

Forster Grubb, 72, of Pineville, passed away on Friday, September 7, 2018, at the Southeast KY Medical Center, Pineville. He was born in Goose Creek, KY on November 7, 1945 a son of the late, Warden and Nancy Ann Hubbard Grubb. He had worked as a Power Lineman for Utility Contractors and had been a coal miner at one time. He loved coon hunting. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, L.P. Grubb and Olden Grubb (infant); niece, Krystal Chesney; nephew, Donald Sharp; son-in-law, Sherman Price; grandson, Drew Mason; brother-in-law, Billy Sharp and sisters-in-law, Maudetta Grubb. Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Barbara Hall Grubb; children, Stephen and Luci Grubb; Tracie Grubb, Donna Grubb and Susan and David Cornelius; grandchildren, Michael and Lindsey Grubb; sisters, Irene Sharp and Wilma and James Brooks; special friend, Luther Collett and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Services will be at 2:00 PM Sunday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. W. Terrell Gibson. Burial will be in the Wallsend Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Grubb Family.
