Forest Duncan

Forest Ralph Duncan, 88, of Oneida, TN passed away at his daughter's home on Thursday, November 21, 2013 in Indianapolis, IN. He was born on January 18, 1925, a son of the late David Forest and Letta Murphy Duncan. He had been a welder for GE Manufacturing. He served in the United States Navy in War World II and was a member of the Masonic Lodge #695 of Oneida, TN for fifty years. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two wives, Beatrice Elizabeth Woolum Duncan and Margaret Duncan. Survivors include his daughter Vicki Lynn Paynter; son Phillip Gerald Duncan; host of step-children; several grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
