Flossie Mae (Williford) Brumitte

Flossie Mae Williford Brumitte, 73 of Lafollette, passed away on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at home surrounded by her family.  She was born in Speedwell, Tennessee on February 7, 1952, the daughter of the late Horace T. and Nancy Norton Williford.  Flossie had worked at the Campbell Tent Factory for many years. She enjoyed fishing, working in her flowers and watching her birds.

In addition to her parents, Flossie is preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Andy Brumitte and sister, Lucinda Johnson.

Flossie is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Mary Brumitte; daughter, Teresa Brumitte; grandchildren, Joshua Davis, Christian Davis, Meagan Lovell and husband, Kevin, and Ramsey Brumitte; great-grandchild, Zyra Reign; brother, Billy Williford; sister, Rosie Nash; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at the Arnett & Steele Valley Chapel in Harrogate.  The burial will follow at the Hill Cemetery in Hines Ridge, Tennessee.

The family will receive friends on Monday, June 9, 2025, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Valley Chapel in Harrogate, which is honored to be serving the Brumitte family.
