Fay Denver Welch age 69 of Tazewell passed away March 28th 2008. Born May 18th 1938 to the late Carles & Eliza Neely Welch. He was a member of The East Tennessee Walking Horse Association and The National Walking Horse Association. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers Doyle and Floyd Welch.

Survivors include:

Sister; Ruth Bunch of Tazewell.

Nephew; Dennis Bunch & wife Sunny of Tazewell.

Great Nephews: David Bunch & wife Melany, Zachary Bunch

Great-Great Nephew; Wes Bunch.

Very special friend; Sandy Epling

Funeral service will be 8 pm Sunday, March 30th at Reece Funeral Home & Valley Chapel with Rev. Wayne Neely & Rev. Tommy Louthan officiating. Music by: The Bull Family. Visitation 5-8pm.
