Fannie Mae Jones, age 90, of Gibson Station, Virginia, passed away January 8, 2006 at Baptist Hospital West in Knoxville. Born April 27, 1915 in Gibson Station, Virginia a daughter of the late Steve and Victoria Dooley Young. Member of Walnut Hill Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, Hershel Jones; daughters, Gladys Clement and Shirley Jones; brothers, John and Marion Young; sisters, Matilda Britton, Anne Brewer, Myrtle Johnson and Mable McQuery.

Survivors, daughter, Maggie (Joe) Sumpter, Tipp City, OH; son-in-law, Joe Clement, Harrogate, TN; sisters, Martha Seale, Baltimore, Maryland, Ella Rich, Monroe, MI;

grandchildren, Robin Jetton, James Clement, Joey Sumpter, Jill Kennedy and Jacqueline Wells; (11) great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 12, 2006, at Reece Valley Chapel with Dr. William Boyd Bingham officiating. Burial in the Ensor Cemetery. Pallbearers - Mark Jetton, Chad Jetton, James Clement, Joey Sumpter, Little Joe Sumpter, Jackson Sumpter, and Patrick Kennedy.
