Eugene "Snoopy" Saylor

Eugene “Snoopy” Saylor, 78 of Stoney Fork, passed away on Thursday, July 31, 2025, at Saint Joseph Hospital in London. He was born in Stoney Fork on December 4, 1946, a son of the late Oscar and Allie Saylor. Eugene had been a self-employed Coal Truck Driver.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Ann Marie Saylor; son, Bill “Bull” Saylor; grandson, Travis Saylor; brothers, Henry Brock, Otis Saylor, and Levi Saylor; and sisters, Eliza Hoskins, Mabel Saylor, and Hettie Whitehead Brock.

Eugene is survived by his sisters, Laura Saylor and Frankie Reynolds; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

A graveside service will be held at a later date.
