Etta Williams

Etta Williams, 79, of Harrogate, TN passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at UT Medical Center, Knoxville. She was born in Pineville on September 7, 1939 a daughter of the late Rev. John and Patsy Buell Williams. Etta had been a Homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sons, Chris Rego, II and Walter Lee Maiden, brothers and sisters, Barbara Williams, Katherine Martin, Andrew Williams, Martha Beggs, Avil Williams, Mary Ada Williams, Jim Williams, Cam Williams, Woodrow Williams, and Kelly Williams. Survivors include her grandchildren and their spouses, Chasity and Kyle Bush, Brandon and Beth Rego, Jonathan Slone and Nikki and Heath Maxey; thirteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; a host of nieces, nephews and many friends. Memorial Services will be at 5:00 PM Tuesday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with Rev. W. Terrell Gibson. Music will be by Mitchell, Tim, Steve and Doug Williams. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4 until 5:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Williams family.
