Elmer Louis Wright age 84 of Speedwell was born August 17, 1925 and passed away April 17, 2010. He was a member of the Powell Valley Church of God. Preceded in death by loving wife of 64 years Vergia Genett Paul Wright. Parents, Floyd and Allie Wright, daughter Pauline Wright. Son, Eugene Wright and grandson Keith Hunley.

Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Wednesday April 21, 2010 at Reece Valley Chapel with Rev. Gerald Warf and Rev Billy Paul officiating. Music by Tom Fritts, T.J. Fritts and Ronnie Sizemore. Burial in the Wright Family Cemetery. Pall bearers Jason Hunter, Kevin Hunter, Walter Irvin, Mark Douglas, Russell Partin and Ray Paul. Visitation 6 to 9 Tuesday at Reece Valley Chapel.
