Elmer Dustin "Hoey" Singleton

Elmer Dustin “Hoey” Singleton, 33, of New Tazewell, was born on July 26, 1984 in Middlesboro, KY and passed away on January 19, 2018 at his home.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Elmer Tyler Singleton; grandmothers, Nellie Ruth Singleton and mary Jane Cox and nephew, Bobby Lemarr.

His is survived by his mother, Wanda Cheek and husband, Edward; his father, Charles Singleton and wife, Donna; four sisters, Gayle Lemarr, Nicole Elliott, Jessie Perry and Krystal Singleton; one brother, Kenneth Brian Cinnamon; two aunts, Carol and Joe Smith, Mary and Kenneth Fortner; two uncles, Joe and Loretta Singleton, Ralph and Kay Lynch; brother-in-law, Ted Lewis and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services were Sunday, January 21 at the Lynch Cemetery in Hancock County with Rev. Steve Owsley.  Pallbearers will be Nathan Singleton, Joe Singleton, Matthew “Buzz” Collett, Nathaniel Daniels, Joe Smith, Tommy Langley, Joseph Gibson and Jamie Singleton.
