Elizabeth Faye Miracle

On August 23, 2026, our family lost its anchor; Elizabeth “Faye” Miracle, 68, passed away, leaving a legacy of laughter, selflessness, and love.

While she held many professional positions, her most valued position was that of a mother and homemaker, a calling she took on with immense pride. Her children were the center of her universe, and that devotion only multiplied when she was blessed with grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Her life was defined by what she gave away. She lived by the principle of ensuring everyone else had more than she did, finding her own joy in the happiness of others. She also refused to let sadness linger. With a natural gift for comedy, she could shatter a heavy silence or heal a sad moment with a sudden joke, forcing a smile from anyone who needed it.

The names of people who called Faye “Mom” or “Mamaw” are far too many to list. She leaves behind a large community who loved her, a grateful family and her children, Tina Miracle, Kevin Miracle, Aimee Miracle, and Desiray Miracle; grandchildren, Terry Thompson, Tierra Bartow, Aiden Miracle, Benjamin Miracle, Destiny Wilder, Mariah Wilder, and Amelia Wilder; and great-grandson, Keith Massoner, Jr.

Per her wishes, formal services will not be held; however, on August 29, 2026, from 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM, her family and friends are invited to an informal, casual drop-in to share memories, good conversation, laughter, and to enjoy the park at Sugar Run State Park Picnic Area. In honor of her spirit, the family asks that you make someone laugh today.
