Edward Hoskins

Edward ?Ed? Hoskins, Sr., 87, of Kettle Island, passed away on Friday, September 9, 2011 at the Pineville Community Hospital. He was born in Pineville, Kentucky on April 29, 1924 a son of the late Johnnie and Mellie Thompson Baker. Ed was a member of Mill Creek Baptist Church and had worked for the Kentucky Utilities Company. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ella Baker Hoskins, son, Edd Hoskins, Jr.; one brother and six sisters. Survivors include his sons and daughters-in-law, Lee and Anna Hoskins and Lannie and Christina Hoskins; grandchildren, Vickie, Stevie, Lennie, Kennie, Norma, Ruthie, Johnny, Crystal and Angela; great-grandchildren, Jimmy, Brandy, Quinton, Lakazea, Rasheal, Lee, Stewart, Nicole, Samantha, Josh, Kenneth, Amber, Angela, Kennie, Ashley, Stephanie, DeQuan, Dimond, Kelsey, Jordan, Kristen, Carissa, Caitlynn, Conner, Jrandon, Tatrick, Tasha, Tia and Brittany; great-great-grandchildren, Searra (Papaw?s Sweettater), Jadia, Jadika, Jezziray, Keagan, Nashaya, Brent, Cierra, Brianna, Gabriel, Chooe, Kayden, Dante, Dakoda, Olivia, Deldo, Arblla and Johnathan; sister, Deloris Brock and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
