Edith Jean (Thomas) Whitaker-Patterson

Edith Jean Whitaker-Patterson, 83, of Harrogate, TN, passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2017. She was born November 20, 1933 in Harrogate, TN to the late William and Vesta Thomas. She was a member of Greer’s Chapel Baptist Church, and had been a homemaker.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by brother, Claude Ray Thomas and sister, Norma Lee Jones.

She is survived by her brother, William Ray Thomas, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 12:00pm at Reece Funeral Home, Harrogate, TN with Rev. Clayborn Gibson officiating. Burial will be in Greer’s Chapel Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Thursday from 11:00am until the funeral hour at Reece Funeral Home & Valley Chapel.
