Edith Fleemon, 83, of Tazewell, Tennessee, passed away April 15, 2009 at her daughter's home in Michigan. She was a member of East Cumberland Avenue Baptist Church, loved gardening, growing herbs and helping people. She occasionally wrote devotionals and recipes for the Claiborne Progress.

Preceded in death by husband Junior Dexter Fleemon.
