Edith Faye Lawson Dye, 77, of Hulen, passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at the Pineville Community Hospital . She was born in Black Star, KY on April 22, 1939 a daughter of the late John G. and Josie Wilson Lawson. Edith was a believer in the Holiness Faith and had been a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Dye; grandson, Harold Mitchell Miracle; brother and sisters, Billy Lawson, Ollie Lawson, Jean Hill and Darlene Ealy. Survivors include her children, Margie Miracle, husband, Larry; Sandra Webb, husband, Al; Harold Glenn Dye, Billy Bruce Dye and Kenneth Mark Dye; grandchildren, Allen and Paula Miracle, Jonathan and Sabrina Miracle, Brittany and Josh Miracle, Adam and Mandy Dye, Bradley Dye and Nancy Day, Amanda Dye, Adrienna Dye, Spencer and Amber Dye, Lee Dye and Cody Dye; great-grandchildren, Mitchell Miracle, Sydney Miracle, Connor Miracle, Aubree Miracle, Serenity Dye, Jordyn Miracle, Chad Dye, Illyanna Dye and Lilyan Dye; brothers and sisters and their spouses, John and Linda Lawson, Joyce and Jerry Cox, Kenneth and Gail Lawson, Gearldine and Farmer Brock and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Services will be Sunday at 7:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. J.C. Craig, Rev. Hardy Franks and Rev. David Howard. Music will be by friends. Burial will be Monday at 11:00 AM at the Tackett Hill Cemetery at Hulen with grandsons serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 4 until the funeral hour on Sunday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Dye Family.
