Eddie D. Crisp, 70, of Ingram, passed away on Friday, October 19, 2018 at UK Chandler Medical Center, Lexington. He was born in Paintsville on March 30, 1948, a son of Clara Delong Crisp and the late, Aubrey Crisp. He was a member of Brownies Creek Missionary Baptist Church and had retired from General Motors as a Sand Tester. After retirement he drove a Bell County School Bus for many years before retiring again. Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Sandra Kaye Habern Crisp, children, Kelly K. Brock , Althea D. Hunter and husband, Brian and Scott R. Crisp and wife, Jessica; grandchildren, Holly Douglas, Hannah Douglas, Andrew Douglas, Alyssa Gonzales and K.D. Rollins; great-grandchildren, Gabe Gonzoles, Mya Roundtree, Jaden Roundtree, A.J. Morales and Shilo Wolfe; mother, Clara Crisp, sisters, Rhetta Yoder and Thelma Hunter, brother, James Crisp and wife, Julie; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Services will be at 11 AM Wednesday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Keith Bays and Rev. Robert Miracle. Music will be by Berry Barton. A dinner will follow the funeral service at the Ebenezer Baptist Church. Private Burial will be in the Crisp Cemetery, Ingram. Pallbearers with be the Deacons at Ebenezer Baptist Church, Shelton Evans, Cotton Centers, Keith Reed, Justin Mayes, Caleb Warren,Mike Carroll and Tommy Garland. The Family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5 until 9 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Crisp Family.
