Doris Fuson Evans

Doris Fuson Evans, 74 of Maynardville, TN, formerly of Bell County, passed away on Thursday, July 26, 2012 at her home. She was born April 26, 1938 and was a daughter of the late Robert King and Florence Crawford Fuson. She was a member of the Waldrige Baptist Church in Knoxville and had been a Homemaker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Robert Boyd Evans; brothers, Jay Fuson, Bill Fuson and Ken Fuson; sister, Deloris 'Poon' Fuson Anderson; granddaughter, Andrea 'Andy' Derrick, and brother-in-law, Vernon 'Shorty' Templeton. Survivors include her children, Karen Evans Thacker of Maynardville, Robert Edward 'Eddie' Evans and wife, Carol of Savannah, GA, Greg Evans of Maynardville and Richard Evans and wife, Joy of Knoxville; brothers, George 'Doe' and Barbara Fuson and Bobby and Carolyn Fuson; sister, Joyce Templeton; sister's-in-law, Lillian Fuson, Edna Fuson and Clarie Fuson; brother-in-law, Lonnie Anderson; grandchildren, Shane Evans, Amanda Derrick, Jessica Muskopf, Brandie Stone, Elizabeth Evans, Cody Miller, Keisha Patterson and Madison Peeler; great-grandchildren, Mollie Miller, Serenity Holbock, Laken Evans, Kendra Taylor, Allisa Taylor, Kegan Roe, Tristan and Lainie Patterson, Lucian and Anna Belle Muskopf and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
