Donna Cox

Donna Cox, 56 of Pineville, passed away on Wednesday, January 04, 2023, at her home. She was born in Pineville on January 19, 1966, a daughter of the late Donald and Dorothy Jean Gambrel Lawson. Donna had worked as a Care Liaison for the Bell-Whitley Community Action Agency.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Scott Lawson.

Donna is survived by her children, Brandon Cox and Sean Cox; sister, Vivian Gambrel and husband, Glen; brothers, Virgil Lawson and wife, Jean, and Steve Lawson; nieces, Megan Longworth and husband, Charlie, and Brianna Lawson; nephew, Cody Gambrel; father of her children, Pearl Cox, Jr.; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
