Donald R. Neff, Jr.

Donald Neff, Jr., 49, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, June 4, 2016. He was born on August 11, 1966 at his home. He had been a construction worker for most of his life. He was preceded in death by a loving mother, Louise Neff and father, Donald Neff, Sr.; grandparents, Bert and Bonnie Sulfridge, two uncles, Melvin Sulfridge and Donnie Sulfridge; cousins, Billy Sulfridge and Yvette Sulfridge. Left to mourn his passing are his siblings, Larry Neff, Sharon Johnson, Judy Gray and Mary Lefevers; many nieces and nephews and of course all the children that came and went as he would always offer a treat and a good laugh. Services will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Chapel with Rev. Gary Wagner and Mr. Herrick Hacker. Music will be by Julie Wagner. Burial will be at the Mountain View Cemetery in Harrogate with nephews serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 6 until 9 PM Monday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Neff Family.
