Donald Lee Wilson

Donald Lee Wilson, 69 of Pineville, passed away on Wednesday, August 16, 2023, at the Baptist Health Hospital in Corbin. He was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on November 25, 1953, a son of the late Coleman and Carrie Saylor Wilson. Donald was a believer in the Holiness Faith and had worked as a laborer in a factory.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Boyd Wilson, Denver Wilson, and Gwen Wilson, and sisters, Faye Mullins, Donna Beggs, and Frances Lawson.

Donald is survived by his loving wife, Patricia Brock Wilson; son, Donald Wayne and Lonna Wilson; daughter, Amy Melissa Wilson; grandchildren, Olivia and Andrew Long, Darrin Wilson, Melanie Wilson, Payton Bingham, and Abbigail and Landin Miracle; great-granddaughter, Blakely Long; There was nothing Don Wilson loved more than his grandbabies; siblings, Kathy and Monroe Osborne, Hassel Wilson (beloved brother and best friend), Shelia and Tilman Brock, Sherry and Toby Givens, Morris and Makita Wilson, Kim Wilson, Brenda Wilson; special friend, Jack David Wisdom; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be at 12:00 PM on Friday, August 18, 2023, at the Crockett-Saylor Pentecostal Church with Rev. Ronnie Hoskins, Rev. Richard Asher, and Rev. Ben Mosley presiding. Music will be provided by the Church Family. Bural will follow at the Wilson Family Cemetery in Leslie County with family and friends serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and then from 9:00 PM until the funeral hour at the Crockett-Saylor Pentecostal Church.
