Donald Eugene Lay, age 46, of Moyock, NC, passed away January 23, 2008 at his home.

Son of Bob and Hassie Chumley Lay of Virginia Beach, VA.

In addition, to his parents he is survived by his

wife,

Michelle L. Lay;

two sons,

Joshua A. Lay and

Zacherie B. Lay of Moyock;

two brothers,

Robert M. (Donna Kay) Lay of Virginia Beach,

Steven L. (Katie) Chumley of Richmond;

one sister,

Donna (Kevin) O'Sullivan of Chesapeake.

He will be missed by all who loved him.

Funeral services will be 2 pm Wednesday, January 30th at Reece Funeral Home with Rev. Donald Lay and Rev. Steven Chumley officiating.

Music by Jane Cox and Katie Chumley.

Burial in the Chumley Cemetery.

Pallbearers - Danny Chumley, Freddie Chumley, Kelly Chumley, Carl Ricketts, Randy McKinney and Wesley Eggers.
