Donald Elliott

Donald 'Donnie' Elliott, 65 of Calvin passed away on Friday, July 27, 2012 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington. He was born in Kettle Island on April 24, 1947, and was a son of the late Delbert and Myrtle Napier Elliott. Donnie was a believer of the Pentecostal faith and had worked as a Coal Miner. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Marie Elliott and siblings, Delbert, Bonnie and Freddie Elliott. Survivors include his wife, Kim England Elliott of Calvin; children, Donnie Glenn Elliott and wife, Michele of Pineville and Randy Elliott and wife Sandy of Pineville; step-children, Michael Gibson and wife, Melissa of Somerset and Corey Gibson of Calvin; grandchildren, Amy, Amanda, Randall, Shalyn and Ryan Elliott; step grandchildren, Kaylynn and Hunter Gibson; brothers and sisters, Tony and Shirley Elliott of Frankfort, Tim and Elaine Elliott of Pineville, Debbie and Terry Brock of London, Barbara Elliott of Pineville, Tina and Dewayne Hubbard of Pineville and sister-in-law, Cheryl Elliott of Beach Park, IL; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
