Donald Ray Centers

Donald Ray Centers, 70 of Middlesboro, passed away on Friday, May 28, 2021, at the Tennova Turkey Creek Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. He was born in Frenchburg, Kentucky on August 28, 1950, a son of the late Russell and Florence Peck Centers. Donald had been a Grill Cook in the Restaurant Industry. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, John Centers and sister, Anna Easter Helton. Donald is survived by his wife of 35 years, Maria Condemi Centers; daughter, Candy Brock; sons and daughters-in-law, J.R. and Becky Centers, Michael and Teresa Brummett, Ray and Becky Brummett, Joe Condemi and Amy Baker, and Joshua and Janie Centers; grandchildren, Micah Brummett, Gabriel Goodin, Kiana Jones, Caden Jones, Sarah Brock, Samantha Brock, Matthew Centers, and Michael Posey; great-grandchildren, Koah Brock, Paisley Brock, and Riven Brock; brothers and sisters-in-law, Phillip and Mary Centers and Bobby and Phyllis Centers; sisters and brothers-in-law, Mary and Bob Morgan, Marie and Phillip Harper, and Donella Layne; sister-in-law, Francesca Condemi; brother-in-law, Chris Condemi; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 1, 2021, at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with Rev. James Earl Hensley, Reb. Steven Temple, and Rev. Herstel Belcher presiding. Music will be provided by Juanita Lee, Tommy Belcher, and Joe Condemi. Burial will follow in the Green Hills Memorial Gardens in Middlesboro. Pallbearers will be Joe Condemi, Mike Brummett, Candy Brock, Joshua Centers, Ray Brummett, Paul Storms, and J.R. Centers. The family has requested that masks be required. The family will receive friends on Tuesday at 12:00 Noon until the Funeral Hour at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Pineville, which is honored to serve the Centers Family.
