Diann Partin Osborne

Gwendolyn Diann Partin Osborne, 70, of Pineville, passed away Saturday, January 10, 2015 at her home surrounded by family. She was born in Pineville on March 10, 1944 a daughter of the late George C. and Ada Pauline Miracle Partin. Diann was a member of the West Pineville Baptist Church and had retired as Office Manager for Dr. J. Hilton Brooks Medical Practice. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Osborne; grandsons, Jereme Neal and Jamie Tyler Partin. Survivors include her daughters, Jamie Michelle Neal and Lisa Ann Baker and husband, Ernest; grandchildren, Amanda M. Neal, Laura K. Osborne and Sierra Nicole; great-grandson, James Hagen Neal; sisters and brother, Elizabeth Miracle and husband, Donnie; Patsy Partin and George Steven Partin and wife, Cindy; special sisters, Opal Brock, Helen Seigler and Rozetta Roberts; special friends, J. Hilton and Janet Brooks and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Services will be Tuesday at 2:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Chapel with Rev. Terry Cox. Music will be by Cindy Partin, Rozetta Roberts, Sherry Lindsay and Thomasa Risner. Burial will be in the Willard Osborne Family Cemetery at Pineville. Pallbearers will be Ernest Baker, Chad Emery, Gary Bailey, Corey Bailey, Johnny Wilder, Tim Seigler, Dean Brock, Wayne Hampton, Jeremiah Partin and Jordan Partin. Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Martha Combs Woolum, John Todd Epperson, Roger McCloud, Derick Thomas, Scott Denny, Tim Lasley, Marcos Vargas and Doug Brock. The family will receive friends Monday from 6 until 9 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Osborne family.
