Deris Jermaine Hill

Deris Jermaine Hill at age 40 passed away on Monday, July 22, 2024, in Pineville. He was the son of the late Elizabeth “Vickie” Hill and James Melton Mays. A graduate of Pineville High School.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Daisy Hill Edwards, Henry “Sie” Edwards, Jessie Cloud Mays, and John Jackson Mays; two uncles, Mark Mays and John Arthur Mays; and an aunt, Patricia “Abby” Cloud.

He is survived by a daughter, Marissa Hill; sons, Deris Hill Jr. and Carter Hill; and a host of aunts, uncles, other family and friends.

Private graveside services will be held at the Tanyard Hill Cemetery in Barbourville.
