Debra Kay Shelton, 59, of Middlesboro, passed away on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at her home surrounded by family. She was born in Evarts, KY on September 13, 1958 a daughter of the late Hiram and Oma Lee Burns Shelton. She had been a homemaker. Survivors include her children and their spouses, Sandy and Jerry Brock, Tony and Tina Lamb, Tommy Lamb, Donald and Judy Lamb, Jessica Lamb, Ginger Lamb and Ben and Lisa Turner; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Diane Ward, Ricky and Judy Shelton, Pat and Cotton Lamb, Sharon Adams, Kathy Cox, Teresa and Bill Metz, Jimmy and Maxine Shelton and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Services will be 8:00 PM Sunday Evening at the Cary House of Prayer at Cary with Rev. Phillip Jackson. Burial will be Monday, May 15, 2017 at 11:00 AM in the Tackett Hill Cemetery at Hulen. Pallbearers will be her sons, grandsons and cousins. The family will receive friends on Sunday after 3:00 PM at the Cary House of Prayer.
