Deborah Jean Deal

Deborah Jean Deal, 52, of Evarts, passed away on Monday, August 3, 2015 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard. She was born in Harlan on August 10, 1962 a daughter of the late Della Melton Brashears and Felix Caldwell. She has worked in housekeeping. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Westerfield, children, Felix Deal and Tiffany Westerfield; sister, Carolyn Caldwell Coots and brother, Perry Caldwell. Survivors include her husband, James E. Deal; children, Bruce Westerfield, Josh Westerfield, James Deal, Jr. and Emily Deal; brothers and sisters, Jimmie Melton Slone, Merleynn (Paul) Dickison, Frank Caldwell, Kenneth Caldwell, Priscilla Stewart, Benny Angel and Sandy Green and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 8, at 2:00 PM at the Evarts Congregational Methodist Church with Rev. David Gross and Rev. Mike Pitzer. Following Deborah's wishes, she was cremated at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Pineville, KY. Funeral Service
