David Charles Napier

David Charles Napier, 60 of Pineville, Kentucky, died September 5th, 2023, at his home in Pineville, Kentucky. He was born on September 3, 1963, a son of Linda Kilgore Collins and Donald Ray Napier, Sr. David was a carpenter and beloved father, grandfather, son, grandson, uncle, and friend to all that knew him.

David is preceded in death by his father, Donald Ray Napier, Sr.; paternal grandparents, Henry and Elizabeth Napier; maternal grandparents, Everette and Edna Kilgore, Sr.; and brother, Donald Ray Napier, Jr.

David leaves behind an extended grieving family, mother, Linda Kilgore Collins of Claiborne, Tennessee; two sons, David Scott Hendrickson of Middlesboro, Kentucky and Nicholas Beverly of Pineville, Kentucky; sisters, Tamera K. Pardee of Kettle Island, Kentucky and Lisa and Bryan Hayes of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; nieces, Brittany Hill, Megan Napier, Amanda Asher, and Allison Teague; nephews, William Clinton Napier, Donovan Napier, William Pardee, Vincent Hayes, and Evan Hayes; special friend, Paul Logan; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, great-nieces, great-nephews and many friends.

Memorial services will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday, September 9, 2023, at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with Mr. Jay Steele presiding. Burial will follow at the Pineville Memorial Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the funeral home.
