David Lane Lawson

David Lane Lawson, 64, of Hulen, passed away Saturday, January 23, 2016 at Beech Tree Manor. He was born at Insul on February 14, 1951, son the late Alex and Mildred Perry Lawson. He had been a coal miner for 18 years. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his son, Hershel David Lawson, grandson, Alexander Lawson, sister, Wanda Lawson Hobbs, brothers, Billy Ray Lawson, Darrell Lawson and Gary Lawson. Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Brenda Sue Beverly Lawson, children, Larry Joe Lawson and wife, Kristi; Tammy Lawson Widner and husband, Michael; Tina Lawson Ray and husband, Ben; grandchildren, Kyle Widner, Amy Lawson, Emily Widner, Ethan Widner and Kristen Ray; brothers, Alex Jr. Lawson and Harold Lawson and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Services will be at 7:00 PM Tuesday at Arnett & Steele Funeral Chapel with Rev. Herstel Belcher and Rev. Hardy Franks. Music will be by Brenda Lee. Burial will be on Wednesday at 12 Noon at Saylor Cemetery, Pathfork, KY. Pallbearers will be family and friends. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 5 PM until the funeral hour at Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Lawson Family.
