Daniel Belcher

Daniel Belcher, 66 of Stoney Fork, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 18, 2021 at his residence. He was born in Beverly, Kentucky on March 19, 1955. He was the son of the late John Henry Belcher and Tishia Saylor Belcher. He attended the Laurel Branch Pentecostal Church and had been a carpenter. Daniel is survived by his wife of 47 years, Linda Darlene Gentry Belcher of Stoney Fork; son, Roger Dale Belcher and wife, Jessica Leigh Belcher if Stoney Fork; son, Emanuel Lee Belcher and wife, Candace Howard Belcher of Stoney Fork; daughter, Linda Danielle Belcher Crain and husband, John Matthew Crain of Stoney Fork; son, David Allen Belcher and wife, Queena Belcher; grandchildren, Daniel Lee Belcher, Nicole Belcher, Madison Saylor, Rylee Saylor, Shalee Belcher, Jaiden Belcher, Trinity Crain, Matthew Crain, Kylie Crain, Damien Messer, Devon Messer, Katie Belcher, DJ Belcher; three great-grandchildren; brother, Rev. Herstel Belcher and wife, Debbie Jo Partin Belcher; sister, Helen Belcher Miracle; brother, Pearl Belcher and wife, Brenda Belcher; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM on Monday, June 21, 2021 at the Laurel Branch Pentecostal Church with Rev. Cheyenne Brock presiding. Music will be provided by Beatrice Brock, Geneva Griffey, and Arnold Griffey. Burial will follow at the Whitehead Cemetery in Stoney Fork. Pallbearers will be Tommy Belcher, Bob Belcher, Bristol Belcher, Roger Belcher, David Belcher, and Russell Blanton. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations towards the funeral expenses. The family will receive friends on Sunday at the Laurel Branch Pentecostal Church from 5:00 PM until the funeral hour.
