Cole Johnson

Cole Johnson, 61 of Wilmore, passed away on Friday, August 26, 2022, at his home surrounded by family. He was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on August 1, 1961, a son of Margie Louise May and David L. Johnson. Cole proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps and had been an engineer for dairy farms. Cole is survived by his wife of 8 years, Denise Tipton Johnson; children, Tariq Regis and family of Texas, and Sasha Johnson and family of Minnesota; sisters and brothers-in-law, Melanie and Eugene Mullinix of Lindale, Texas, and Laci and Scott Wright of Magnolia, Texas; his uncles in Louisiana; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. The family is requesting that memorials be made to the Alva Memorial Gardens. Private services will be held at a later date.
