Clifford Howard

Clifford Howard, 80, of Bledsoe, KY passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at Harlan ARH. He was born in Pumpkin Knob, KY on March 16, 1939 a son of the late Ralph and Hettie Saylor Howard. Clifford believed in the Pentecostal Faith and had been a handyman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Mary North and Ella Howard; niece, Angelia North and brother-in-law, Taylor North. Survivors include his brother, Ralph Howard, Jr.; nieces and nephews, Darlene Tolliver, Charles North, Tonya Muzyk and Michael Howard and a host of great-nieces and great-nephews and friends. Services will be at 1:00 PM Saturday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Herstel Belcher. Music will be by JoAnn Smith. Burial will be in the Ben's Branch Cemetery at Stoney Fork with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers will be Marty Howard and Michael Howard. The family will receive friends on Friday from 6 until 8 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Howard Family.
